Elaine Farley-Zoucha, EZ Nutrition
Elaine Farley-Zoucha founded EZ Nutrition Consulting in Columbus, Nebraska. With over 20 years of experience in Food Service Management, Culinary Arts, and Medical Nutrition Therapy, Elaine began her career as a Dietetic Technician and Chef. Elaine is a national speaker and author on Long Term Care regulations and Food Service Systems. Elaine is an active member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND) and the Nebraska Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (NAND) including serving on the board of directors for Dietitians in Health Care Communities. Elaine has received several special recognitions including 2010 Emerging Leader Award from the Nebraska Dietetic Association, 2014 Emerging Leader Award from the Northeast District Dietetic Association, and 2014 Founder’s Award from the Dietitian’s in Business Communications.
EZ Nutrition was acquired by DiningRD in September 2022. Elaine now serves as VP of Education & Training for DiningRD.
