Elaine Farley-Zoucha - Vice President, Education & Resources
Elaine Farley-Zoucha is the Vice President of Education & Resources for DiningRD. Elaine was the founder of EZ Nutrition which joined the DiningRD family in 2022. In her current role with DiningRD, Elaine oversees education, training, and resources used by over 5,000 client communities across the U.S. With over 20 years of experience in Food Service Management, Culinary Arts, and Medical Nutrition Therapy, Elaine shares best practices with clients and teams each day. Elaine is a national speaker, author, and board member of the Dietitians in Health Care Communities (DHCC) practice group of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
