Virtual Kitchen Classroom

Self-paced learning for Food Service Managers. Virtual Kitchen Classroom is made up of seven modules pertaining to food service management education:

  • Management Fundamentals
  • Operations and Communication
  • Sanitation

Each module contains a pre-/post-test, key terms, interactive video presentation, and a live discussion forum with expert Registered Dietitian instructors.

Virtual Kitchen Classroom also includes a practice test for review. Over 100 multiple choice questions as well as case studies covering all practice areas of the Certified Dietary Manager exam.
