CMS regulatory changes are coming and require careful time and attention to many our practices, protocols and systems to insure regulatory compliance.     • Emergency preparedness including menu, policies, supplies to have on hand
    • Food from outside sources; including policies and tips for monitoring
    • Comprehensive Infection Control in the Dining Operations review and checklist to insure all operations have sound infection control standard operating procedures
    • Policies to review and update for compliance including, gardens, buffets, and food handling practices
