2023 has been an incredible year for all of us at DiningRD!
DiningRD celebrated being named to Inc. 5000 Fastest Growing Private Companies this year. However, we recognize that accomplishment would not be possible without the 427 individuals who make up our team; Registered Dietitians, Certified Dietary Managers, culinary professionals, software engineers, finance, marketing, and human resources.
In 2023, we spent a considerable effort remaking our beloved Dining Manager into a new and improved foodservice software suite. Dining Manager was reimagined into a new version of itself with three easy-to-use modules: Plateful, MealCard, and TableSide.
New this year – Plateful, the menu and recipe hub for crafting unique dishes and food stories. Plateful, along with its companion products, have seen well over 1 million logins in 2023.
In keeping with the DiningRD mission to improve foodservice operations in Senior Living, our development teams continue to add and enhance integrations that serve our client communities and residents. To date, 545 client communities receive 24/7 direct interface from their Electronic Medical Record systems directly to Dining Manager. These integrations not only provide efficiency, but also accuracy.
As for nutritional care, our dietitian consulting team is bringing nutrition to the center of resident care. In an initial pilot program, a specialized dietitian team focused on reimbursement in the Patient Driven Payment Model (PDPM) was able to add a minimum of $5,200 in annual revenue from nutrition documentation.
